The Governing Board delegates some of its business to committees which cover the following areas:

Considers matters relating to:  Finance – Personnel – Premises – Health and Safety

Pay Committee – Chair:  John McPherson

Considers matters relating to:  Pay and Performance Management of teachers (not the Headteacher)

School Development Committee – Chair:  John McPherson

Considers matters relating to:  overall School Development/Improvement planning – Public Relations, Publicity and Marketing

Hydrotherapy Pool Committee – Chair:  John McPherson

Considers matters relating to:  Hydrotherapy Pool
