Projects 2017

Sensory Garden Project

Over the summer our front sensory garden has been constructed.  We will be finishing it off with some wonderful planting early next spring as we don’t want any new plants to have to try and survive the High Peak winter!  We will be organising a planting day, which will be open to friends and family, to help the pupils to create a colourful and fragrant garden.  We will be looking nearer the time for any appropriate (ie non-poisonous!) plants to be donated and for volunteers to help us on the day.  The garden has been made possible through grants achieved via the Tesco Bags of Help Scheme and also from the Bailey Thomas Foundation.  The PTA has also contributed from its own fundraising.

Every pupil can fulfil their potential within the unique PEAK curriculum, making learning motivating and relevant. This will be achieved through team work, dedication, patience and respect. We encourage our pupils, families and others to be involved every step of the way.
