Thank you!

Here we pay tribute and say a massive thank you to all the wonderful individuals and organisations who have gone out of their way to support the vision and values of Peak School over the past 12 months.  This may be via giving up their time to help the school or by making a financial or ‘in-kind’ donation to our PTA in its fund-raising efforts.

Thank you to Alice Andrews for her brave and brilliant ‘wing walk’ adventure – which raised £500 for the school.  Alice’s brother used to be a pupil at school and she wanted to try and give something back.  We all appreciate your magnificent effort.

At the end of last term we heard the fantastic news that a PTA grant application to the True Colours Trust had been successful and that we will receive a grant of approx £6000 towards purchasing and installing updated sensory light s and equipment in our hydrotherapy pool.  Thank you very much to all at the Trust for supporting our continual efforts to improve the facilities for our pupils.

Our summer BBQ was also a great success and, although the focus was very much on socialising with friends and family, the PTA also made nearly £600 from the raffle and tombola.  Huge thanks to all who attended – we  hope you had a lovely time.  We will probably repeat the event next summer as it seemed to be enjoyed and appreciated by all.
